【概要 summary】 今回は、香港第二位の標高を持つ霊峰鳳凰山（Lantau Peak：934ＭＭ）への登山を計画しました。伯公坳（Pak Kung Au）からランタオ・トレールを登り、昂平（Ngong Ping）に下るスタンダードなコースです。天候に恵まれれば、ランタオ島の雄大な眺めが堪能できるはずです。前回計画した狗牙嶺経由とは異なり、整備された歩きやすい道をゆっくりと登りますので、ベテランの方はもちろん、初めての方も奮ってご参加ください。そうは言っても、標高差約600ＭＭの登りとなります。そろそろ暑さも厳しくなってきましたので、体調を十分に整え、日除けの帽子と十分な水を必ずご持参の上ご参加下さい。打ち上げは東涌で予定しています。
We plan to climb the Lantau Peak (934MM), the second highest peak in Hong Kong. We will walk the Lantau Trail Stage 3. Expecting intense heat, please keep yourself fit, bring your hat and enough water with you.
